African bank- A BANK OF THREATS

I have received pathetic service from african bank. A person with initials & Surname: G BARNABAS called me yesterday (31/01/2019), screaming on the phone, and asking me personal questions like my id number; bank account number , why my son was in hospital etc. He was accusing me of using someone else's ID number and appling for a loan.

Yet i told him that i dont even know the person. He keeps on threatening me and tormenting me. I need him to be sorted out because he has no right to question and threaten me. I will contact the police if this matter is not resolved
