African Bank

I have an investment account with African Bank ending with 8769 for R500000. I have debited with a withdrawal fee of R13000 of which no withdrawal was made. The debit went through in April 2022. I have phoned the Bank several times with no assistance. All I need is the account to be rectified and the interest thereof recalculated from the time of the discrepancy.
