African Bank ***
African Bank is just utterly ridiculous I have requested for them to update my payment as well with ITC. Today I receive a letter that it's still outstanding. Account number:*** an amount of R2916.07 TO BE PAID BY 31 MARCH 2021 I will never recommend African Bank. They contacted me and **** to say the account has been cleared and they have sent a communication to ITC.

A whole company and you send me ***** saying they have handled my account and she even cuts the call on me. Your call centre agent.
Maybe I must find a free billboard and just tell South Africa how unorganised and ridiculously ********* and biased to clients you actually are.
You sent someone to read a Call centre script on my account and then close off the call without any formal letter.
I took my time to go into your African Bank walk-in branch in Menlyn to be printed a paid-up letter I can not use today to clear my ITC record.
