African bank
Why do you put people in the front line if they are not looking to give the people the right information?

17 Feb 2020, 12:51Good morning. 2014 I took a loan and a credit card. All was well and than I payed my card off after I get lad off.
I didn't know what way to go so i get Dept collectors involved in my account. They gave me a low payment package. And then after 4months i could not get hold of my dept collector's so i want to the ner African bank at Maqosana mall to see what have it's been happening i get there and they told me that i ow them more than before because my dept collector's they were not paying.
So i asked if i can contain paying my self and live the Dept collectors out because i cannot get hold of them and i asked the guy that was helping me what do i need to do he told me that it's okay i just need to pay as i was paying. Iasked hem how much well I be paying he said R1000.
I gave hem all the information as well as my email address.
For six months i didn't get my statements and i want to another African bank at Mokhopani they told me that they see that I'am paying about they is the Dept collectors in my account and i asked the to remove them because i cannot get hold of them.
Weth the balance on my statements it was going up and wan i asked them they don't why the put me on the help line i didn't get help. The lust time i get a call from a Lady that works for African bank and told me that i have been black listed and i ask, why and how that was in 2017.
She told me what i was suppressed to do the thing's that i was sapposed to informed the first time i came back to African bank.
At that time i was no loger paying as i have to than I stopped and she cooled me again we worked out a plan for me to pay i didn't that but they was no change at same point I just pull out the plug because i was just taking a bit that i hard and push it down the toilet!
