African bank
African banks rewards is a hoax, my R150 SHOPRITE wicode does not work & there is no answer to the number ***. African rewards department does not even respond to emails. i have no issues with African bank , but the service from their rewards is absolutely pathethic . very disappointed client .

09 Dec 2020, 11:08It is very disappointing, that African bank and African bank rewards does not bother to reply to my query. Its sad that African bank, runs competitions that's a hoax and promise custormers rewards that does not exist .absolutely disappointing African bank

14 Dec 2020, 14:19- African bank promised to get back to me in 48 hours , they didn't. just sent me a sms to say my query was resolved, when it has not been . I'm stuck with a rewards voucher which i cannot use and both African bank and tlc marketing are not willing to help .
