African bank 😠 😡 👿 😤

I was so dissapointed the way my problem was handled at African bank at Mdantsane city mall. I have bought a Hollywood voucher that cost 100 rand from the app earlier in the morning today around 00;49 iam not sure of the exact time and I mistakenly deleted the sms before redeeming the voucher to hollywood when I went to the branch today the lady that was assisting me did not care as I asked her when will the voucher appear to my phone she said I must Wait she doesn't know when asked her maybe today or she said u have to wait I don't know till now I didn't receive the sms. 2.When I asked her about Payflex that has deducted money to my account she gave me attitude and said that it was not payflex it's sanlam and when I told her that I don't have a policy with Sanlam she insisted that I go to sanlam whereas iam telling her that I don't have a policy with sanlam. I went out the branch furious 😠 😡 and while I was waiting for my friend I decided to go back again and ask assistance from the other lady and that lady saw that it's payflex not sanlam when I asked her questions she was clear with me and also didn't know she just printed a statement for me and when I ask her about the voucher she said I must wait she doesn't know when and I was chased away because her exact words was Sisi it's monthend we are busy next client plz that was it my voucher dololoooo answers of the 446 deducted by payflex dololoo
