African bank

My wife app**** for a loan at African bank in Pretoria north and was helped by Rulani. He consolidated my wife's other loans to make it one loan. He said that he can offer R50 000 loan on top of that. He took her finger prints and all needed and gave her a card and said the money will be in her account in 24 to 48 hours. We were very greatfull for the news as we are really as a desperate state. We then received an sms to say the loan is declined and this Rulani guy had no answer for my wife. This is disgusting service and has caused a big amount of pain because Rulani basicly gave us false information and hope. This so degrading what was done to my wife and I won't let it go.
