I made an emergency withdrawal in my investment account 5 days back at African bank Groblersdal mall. and still my money is not in my account, funds were supposed to reflect same day I requested an emergency withdrawal and they charged me a penalty fee but still they don’t want to give me my money, the call centre agents are very rude and unhelpful, the service is very disappointing and they don’t care that I have an emergency and I need my money
