African Bank

<p>Had a call from African Bank requesting payment on my credit card. So I requested the lady to e mail me my final outstanding statement to enable me to determine if I can do a final payment for the total amount. She informed me that she cannot do that . Im confused looks like these staff only gets trained to request money but have NO idea how to treat people who wants to pay. </p>
