African Bank ****
African Bank is an absolute ****. After missing no payments whatsoever, they claim I owe them additional payments on my personal loan. Even after I provided the proof that everything has been paid on time. Ontop of this they no longer send bank statements. You cant log into their bank, because they keep resetting your password without your approval. And when you try to reset their system fails, because they hire unqualified developers. I havent been able to log in for months. When I try to request a statement, they say to dial a code, the code response says go into the bank, the bank teller says go into the site, the site cant be logged into so I CANNOT GET A STATEMENT! I JUST NEED A STATEMENT
