African bank

I had loans with African bank and it was sold to Norman and bisett of which I did pay the loan up and sended the paid up letter to African bank and now they don’t want to clear my name I was told that it will remain unpaid to them which is unfair for me because I have paid it up and it puts a bad impact on my life am struggling to do lots of stuff because of them .
