African Bank 3rd party insurance for loans
African Bank's 3rd party insurance for loans should pack up and go home as I have had not had any success in my application for the Covid19 second claim. All paperwork has been sent for the second application almost 3 months ago. I have followed up numerous times but have had no success. The excuses remain the same. I will never take a loan out at African Bank ever again. They need to choose their insurance company more carefully. This whole experience has been a nightmare. The consultants themselves at African Bank are friendly but the insurance company they are using is nothing to write home about.
