<p>Well let's start from the beginning I have paid my credit card up and I am not in areas with this account so I went into the branch at Davenport centre we phoned the credit department and spoke to the consultanted his comment was my account has been handed over why I ask he said I ow money on this account and I will never get a credit or a loan again from African Bank so I then phoned the collections department and the consultant I spoke to said no mam your account is fine and are no problems so now I am asking you why give me a bad name I am so frustrated .</p>
