African bank

Again I come to this platform as I never got any response from African Bank ever since my previous complaint. They promised to get back to me which they never did till to date, however they continue to debit and left me starving to death. I humbly request anyone out there who can assist me as a pensioner who is being exploited by African bank who refuse to make paying arrangements with me,but debit whatever amount that suits them irrespective how much I'm left with In my 66 years of living I have never seen any selfish and heartless business like African Bank. If I were to do things my way I would advise people not to use or make any business with them as they don't have any respect for their clients all they care about is themselves and their money.
