African bank

I admit i have a few loans with the bank all which are older than 10 years. They keep on calling me non stop 24hrs a day and keep.on sending me messages by threatening me that should i not pay within 20 days they will list me on itc well african bank, go ahead list me. I dont own a car i dont own a house all the furniture we have belongs to my spouse we are married out of community. I am drowning and are struggling to put food on my table my husband has been unemployed since lockdown april 2020 he has been to almost 18 interviews and all jobs he is turned down either to old or does not meet criteria. I am sick and tired of this constant harrassment and the utter rudeness and disrespect from your call centre agents. I have lodged a formal complaint with the ombud and have seeked assistance from the law society who appointed an attorney to help me with a case against you pro bono as i cannot afford legal counsel. So instead om abusing me why dont you give me full printouts on all my loans not just 2 from date of inception. Your interest exceed capital which under the law is not correct. You want to start the battle lets go i am tired of this..
