I have had the worst experience with the Service at African Bank. Ridiculous Interest rates and not only are they ridiculous but they are not fixed. I tried to speak to one of their consultants inquiring about this and I was transferred to the Supervisor who literally placed my call on mute when he couldn't explain reasons for their fluctuating interest rates. I am very much disappoint in your service!
