Went into the bank to settle my wife's account , not to ask for money but to give them money , wife forgot her wallet at home , they refused to help us after we said we want to settle not borrow money , then phoned the call center only to be lectured by the call agent , **** poor service, wanting to pay them and not being helped , spam called 10 times a day by them for nonsense , no service in branch or phone .... will never do business with them again , if this is how they treat you when you want to settle your account in full ...
