African bank

I have been calling African bank from yesterday 28 Oct 2020 to ask for settlement quotes with their banking details on and my reference number a third party needs to make payments on the loan but they failing to provide me with a settlement quote with their banking details instead it's easy pay numbers I called so many times other companies didn't give me such huddle

Please help
