African Bank 04 October 2020 Surname Update

Goodday

I have opened a bank account with African Bank roughly +- 2 months ago. I had a previous account with them with my old surname on. I have submitted them with the new id and the reason for the change and still they refuse to assist with the surname update.

This has caused now that HR don't approve the new banking details as per the bookkeeper and i don't blame them.

Please get someone to assist with the surname update. I have been to the branch and i am not going there again to struggle.

I am also unhappy with your bank establishment seeing that i cant pay certain of my creditors as it keep saying invalid if i try to pay the account please look into that as well. LEAVE MY NUMBER IN PRIVATE FOR YOU TO PHONE ME BACK TOMORROW.
