African Bank 0/10 poor service and insane charges!

African bank is crazy! Just opened an account and using it for the first time! All time when I receive money im charged R50, either I withdraw or do cash back from retails I still get charged R50 and it's fvcking frustrating! With other banks I know when I have 3001 I will definitely get 3000 but with this i know im gonna get 2490 from 3000! That's crazy and I was never told it gets this crazy it's insane im closing it immediately!

When you call for simple things like resetting my online details they told me to go to the branch which is a 45 mins drive for such a small thing! I called before this review to check the charges they hung up on me like no! I expected better than this! Im sooo disappointed and would never refer anyone to use it sorry!
