African Ban want me to pay R10000 to change Loan Terms

Hi, i phoned African Bank on Tuesday to get new Payment Terms for my loan and they tell me today that i must pay R10000.00 to change Terms ? ?

I took a loan for 60 Months and now i want to pay it in 48 Months as i can afford it after settling most of my Debts. Please help Hello Peter???

Hi Hello Peter, thank you for the assistance .....African Bank sent me a new Settlement Amount and there is no such thing about Upfront payment expected from me. I'm still confused why they requested the R10 000.00 Upfront before so they can change Terms but its now sorted and I'm happy
