Africam bank loan department

I am so disappointed, started off with such a good start with African bank loan department, then I added 2 added tablets but they tablets were cancelled, I then asked to have the money deposited in my bank account as It was part of my loan, on the 27 October I got an sms confirming the cancelation, I then have been speaking to countless consultants and I said I would get feedback, but nothing then I logged a complaint and was told someone would contact me with in 7 working days, even got an sms confirming my complaint, low and behold it's now 10 December and no call and no money😡😡😡😡cant even rate the service cause there is none
