Africa Bank Cradelstone Mall

Did online pre approval for loan said I had 5 days to go to the Bank in that time there system was of for a week and on Wednesday they were online. When I got to the bank On Thursday I had to do the hole application over and was approved for R5000 they need a letter from my company that they require yesterday and promised me that it would be payed into my account on Saturday just to get a call today saying that my loan is not approved your problem. Bad service !!!! I advice that no one should waste your time with them
