Good morning. I am one of the stupid people who have a loan with AB. My account is up to date with every cent. Every month on the 25th when my salary gets paid , they take their payment due. For the last 2 months I keep on getting smse telling me I'm R429.60 behind. Every time I call and ask what's going on. Don't worry your account is up to date and they may have a wrong cell nr on another person's account. On Friday 24 July 2015 AB took their normal payment due PLUS R429.60 from my bank account. I know called them 4 times , faxed them a letter with my bank statement showing them that they stole from me - but I cannot get my money back. They *******ly stole an extra R429.60 from me. If I do not get that money back TODAY I'm gonna make a case of theft against them at the Police. End of this month I'm paying my salary into another account so their debit order can bounce all the way back to them. Let's see how long it then takes for them to call me.
