Afican Bank's online assistance non existent

I received the worst service ever when it comes to resolving African Bank's electronic banking from their website. I have now been battling more than three days to get it resolved and when I called the call centre the agent told me that it is within the 72 hour turnaround time. But also added that no one has looked at the matter as yet. It is pathetic, because now I have to schlep up and down to the bank.
