AFB IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Had a loan from AFB of +- R8000,00.There were circumstances that prevented me make the payments on time as agreed.I contacted them to consolidate the debt,they refused because of the arrears. The matter was referred to court and a judgement was listed against my name.The amount that was listed is R86 000.00 of which now amounts to two loans of which they are unable to supply the signed contracts.In April 2017 AFB made a transfer/debit of R41 000.00 from my savings account with no prior notification or authorization from me.They said it was an error and have since updated my profile again as if I have taken another loan from them.Every month there are deductions against my bank account.No proper feedback has been received from them.I spoke to Shezi in June 2017 and send all the required documents to ********** Acc # ********** 003 and to date there has been no response. I need this to be resolved.AFB rips people off and have staff that uses peoples details to ***** money and not be accountable.
