Accounts not updated with Transunion

I have paid 2accounts that I had with African Bank and i received paid up letter when i drew my Credit record with Transunion the othe one still shows the whole balance and another one shows a R4.00 balance.I have both paid up letters.Can you please update our acciunts with the credit bereau once your accounts are paid.This is badly affecting my score.Your money was paid in September and 2months later I am still listed as if I owe you.
