Accounts not updated at ITC

I have a problem with African bank regarding a loan and credit card I took with them...... I paid them off and I asked them to sent paid up letters to ITC ...to this date they have not done that.... I have been calling them so any times asking them to update them at ITC.... they said they did buy every time I apply for a loan or anything I cannot be approved because of them. ......
