<p>I received an legal letter from Flemix and Associates that I owe African Bank money. I am not aware of any money that I owe to them. I had an loan with them in 2010 and paid the monthly installments on this account. Now after three years I get a letter from Flemix demanding that I owe African Bank money. I am not aware of any money that I owe them. According to me if this was the case this is prescribed debt. It is ******* to collect money after three years from a client. Account number: ********** 001</p>
Still waiting on feedback from African Bank. Attorney dealt with Flemix and now after a week the bank withdraw the case and gave it to NRB Risk. Urgent feedback requested.
