Dear Sir, Madam

I am very unhappy as a previous customer that African Bank refused to acknowledge my papers send to them illustrating that I have been relieved from work based on unfit declaration from my doctors.

THE CONSULTANTS HAVE CALLED ME ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND EACH TIME I HAVE EXPLAINED TO THEM THE SITUATION SINCE END ECEMBER 2010 TILL TODAY.
THE SAME STORY AND THEY ASKED ME TO E-MAIL THEM PROOF THEREOF WHICH I HAVE DONE EACH TIME EVERYTIME.

I am sick and tired of explaining the same story., The fact of the matter is that I am and has been unemployed since 2 January 2011 till date, due to illness. I have no income as I am looking after my father who is also sick with diabetes. I have no interests nothing. I lost everything when this hits me.

Please advise whether my insurance of which I paid during my term is going to look at this more indebt than just pushing my claim aside.
