Good day<br> <br> My name is Roseline , i opened two furnisher accounts at Ellerines and African Bank financed both accounts and i have a personal loan with them, with instalments of R745,R704,R889. I once experinece finacial problem n paid half of the instalments. i called them on several occassions to tell me how much i paid already , even though they sending statements i dont see the difference in the balance. i made arrangements paid it on monthly basis , if i skip a payment i call them to explain my situation . since this year i have paid it on monthly basis without skipping to my suprise yesterday i was called by lawyers saying its handed over and the lawyrs dont want me to deposit money they ant debit order. i told them wont it be double deductions as African Bank is deducting from my bank account , African Bank never communicated with me that the accounts will be handed over . Please help. my balance differs from what the Lawyers said it was handed over with a different amount and they had to add their legal fees. i called and told them i will setllet two accounts in Novemeber so how will i settle them with money added on cause i budgeted with a different amount <br> <br> Regards
