Account settled but African Bank and Nimble cannot provide me with my paid up letter
My African Bank loan account was handed over to Nimble.I settled the account on 15 July 2024 and Nimble promised me a paid up letter within 14 days. Friday 2 August was day 15..no paid up letter.Nimble said they have paid over the money to African Bank .

13 Aug 2024, 07:15I still have not received my paid up letter as promised. Feedback sent on 12 August stated that my paid up letter has been sent.I have gone through me emails more than once..it has not been sent.

25 Aug 2024, 19:38My ITC status still shows I am owing African Bank money even though the account is closed.Please update this urgently with all credit bureaus. This matter is dragging longer than what it should actually.You received your money in full,fulfill your.obligations towards me by sending the updates to all credit bereaus.
