account paid up in 2008 and still listed on ITC

This is very frustrating.<br> <br> African Bank is the worst bank ever. In 2008 I paid up African Bank. At the time I had a garnishee order whereby money was deducted from my salary to pay the account. Shortly after the account was paid up, AB started deducting money from my bank account too. I queried this with them and was told that the amount that was deducted from my salary was just for interest. The balance they provided to my employer was the same balance on my statement, so how could it have been interest? I then queried again and was told that they will provide me with a settlement letter. up till today nothing...and its 7 years later. today I decided to request a credit report, and guess what???!...African Bank still appears on my report stating the same amount that I paid up, is still owed to them. How frustrating??!!! This is causing so much problems in my life. I need urgent feedback
