Account on hold but not active as yet after 4 days submitting the required documents
I have been doing a follow-up since Monday till to-date with regards to my account that has a hold but I have not been getting help. My account has a hold and have sent all required documents at African Bank branch in Richards Bay. Funds were disbursed in this account on Friday but cant use the funds that I needed urgently hence I am not getting any help. This was the reference number I got. ***.

I honestly needed to use the funds on my account, I ended up having to borrow money because African Bank did not fo what it required off them now I'm in debt because no one want to help me with regards to the account
