My account was blocked since February 2023 I went to the branch no solution. I wrote them email they couldn't tell what's wrong. This year April 2024 I wrote email again they phoned me to solve the issue, then within few days I received sms saying "the issue has been resolved" bt my account not unlocked, then I spoke to consultant again he promised to escalate the matter till now I'm waiting
