My account is blocked due to ********** activity?

Provided my payslip and now needs to be escalated to another department. This is a load of nonsense. I have to wait? No African Bank this is unacceptable. This the cause of me not paying my own creditors on-time.

You branch is not helpful at all. When asked to please phone the ***** department I was informed that there is no telephone number for the ***** department. When I asked to speak to the manager, o there is no manager. So I asked for the area manager. O there is no telephone number.

My account will be closed soon as my funds are out of there claws.

I am highly disgusted with the bank and will never refer it to anybody.
