ACCOUNT HANDED OVER TO ****MERS

I have a personal loan with African Bank which became in arrears. So they handed it over to Concept Recoveries. I made a payment arrangement with those people but in the end they deducted thousands of Rands which we did not agree upon. I am so frustrated... So on the second month I called them and after giving me the run around for three days, the colored lady who supposedly deals with debit orders was so rude, yelling at me and she blatantly refused to assist me. After seeing my review African Bank contacted me and asked me to go to the branch to update my information so that they can assist me. Little did I know that they were playing games with me. So I went to the branch and updated my information as requested. I also requested the branch to assist with my query, however, they indicated that they are unable to access my account on their system apparently because its handed over. I then called African Bank on ***, and unfortunately, the lady would not assist me. she indicated that there was nothing that she can do to assist me - really? I have been ****med here! And I am afraid that this story will continue even in the coming months. Now she wants me to have a payment arrangement with 2 companies for the same account. I think I need to change my bank ASAP.

So I just want to alert everyone that should you need a loan don't go to African Bank and, if you already have an account with them, be careful because they are affiliated with a **** company called Concept Recoveries. Refuse to make an arrangement with those people/ give out your details to them.
