Account Handed Over
Hi. Regarding my credit card account that's been handed over to Saya Recoveries,the balance owing is R462.82 and a payment arrangement has been agreed to with Saya Recoveries but you as African Bank have gone on to debit my bank account for R425 even though this arrangement is in place.With this transaction been processed today(25/04/2018) will result in me not been able to honour the arrangement I've agreed to with Saya Recoveries(Ref: ********** 10) to pay off this account and will put a strain on my financial situation as I will be in difficulties meeting my monthly expenses as I don't earn a huge salary.
