Account dispute

I'm currently in dispute of an account with African Bank. I'm battling to communicate/reply back to them on the email they provided. "***" . I spoke to consulted who affirmed the same email address but it is bouncing back. African Bank please contact me to make suitable arrangements as i may not have money come monthend of April. I am will to part with my little savings ,kindly give me a reasonable discount. Thank you.
