Account debited twice

I have 4 accounts and all 4 accounts was debited twice yesterday. An agent contacted me on Wednesday and I advised her that as per my financial situation I cannot increase my debit order amounts at this present moment. I advised her she can increase the amount to R800.00 on account ***.
