Account debit

My ID number is ***. I have 2 loans with African Bank, There was a period that African Bank did not receive their amounts, I made payment arrangements with collections to catch up with the arrears, of R100 extra on both the accounts, This was done and the account is getting up to date, but now African Bank send me an sms 2 days before my payday to tell me they will be debit R545 on top of my installments and arrangement I called back to inform them I cannot afford that amount and I have made an arrangements but they continued to debit me this amount which now means I cannot pay other things in my account, even when I have an arrangement with them. The credit Act does state that you can make arrangements and also still be able to live. I cannot understand why if they debited this amount then also debit the amount for the arrangement.<br> <br> Please help
