account being warmed now and than whilever it is uptodate

<p>Hi peter</p> <p>I have an credit card account with Africanbank, they keep warming my account now than while it's up to date and goes off via debit order, when I call they keep telling me that I need to update my details at the branch and went to the branch 7 to 8 times with proof of resident and copy of my id, and again they keep telling me credit card in arrears while account is going off via debit order and never returned unpaid until ithe reaches the limit of 5000, I have done few withdraws and debit order still goes off but they keep freezing my account kindly assist </p>
