accont payed twice and no refund
I have closed my account in December 18 was billed again 22 December amount of almost 8000. African bank don't wanna refund my other amount spoke to bongani hoko manager qho wa rude and not willing to help. My cheq acc is on a minus because of them including interest. Can i be refunded and this thing be sorted out asap !!!!!
