Acc on Hold

Deposited lotto winnings and my account was put on hold. Sent proof of winnings and withdrawl to *** and have been calling but no feedback have sent 3 mails and called numerous times and the calls get dropped while they talking to supervisors and other departments. Ive done nothing wrong why am i being treated so badly. I was going to move my salary and debit orders this month but am to scared too now.

I just dont get any feedback on email or sms or any calls what is going on please.
