Abysmal Service

African Bank's customer service has been dismal for me. I've spent 2 years trying to get a hold of someone from their Forensics department to no avail. Their normal customer keep giving numbers to try and no one in that department answers nor call me back. I have countless reference numbers which have never been attended. I'm really not happy with African Bank's treatment of my query, especially as it in relation to such a crucial element of one's banking.
