Abused by African Bank

I borrowed money from this Bank December I settled both Loan and Credit Card on the 7 December but on the 23 they further deducted from my Bank account. They requested proof of payments and send to them but still this month they have deducted 2 installments, when I spoke to them they say they have rectified this problem. The worse part is that when I go to my bank and reverse it charges R45 per reversal. When the amount settled they use one account number and they different references but monies were paid and settled. Kindly help me I am tired of this Bank and people attending me are very rude.
