Absolutely ridiculously bad service

Good day to who it might concern. This is the third post on hellopeter within just over a month and yet my issue is still not resolved. I made an insurance claim and to which iv been told it is approved but im still waiting for my installment of july to be reserved and now on the 28th of August another payment went off which should not have as the claim i made included August aswel. Iv been phoning a couple of time a week and everytime i get told they putting in a refund request but yet note than two weeks later after my insurance claim has been approved im still waiting for ny money to be refunded and i have phone this morning again.. Ridiculous service
