Absolutely Frustrated

I am a former employee of Ellerines which was run by African Bank and since have been retrenched.I have been paying my account monthly,until I got retrenched,of which I have retrenchment insurance.I sent my documents through to African Bank,(retrenchment letter,affidavit stating I'm unemployed and a bank statement)and was never told that every 3months need to submit those documents.My frustration is that why would the insurance department require my retrenchment letter every 3months because it will never change from the first time I sent it to you.This does not make any logical sense,even my bank advised me that this is unacceptable.The only documents you should require is an affidavit and a months bank statement.<br> Surely as a bank,the insurance company should still have my retrenchment letter on file.<br> I am still unemployed,and this documentation that required every 3months is really too much to ask.Surely
