Absolutely appalling service AFRICAN BANK

I have tried once before to apply for a loan with Aftican Bank with disastrous results. I tried again now but nothing has changed... I sent through all relevant requested documentation and was informed that a decision would be made in 12 hours... that was Friday... now I get numerous robotic calls and messages requesting documentation which I have forwarded 6 times. In essence after trying to get them to call me back. They phone and when I start telling the story put the phone down.
