ABSOLUTELY ANGRY WITH THESE PEOPLE

This is still not resolved from my first complaint on the 28th of July!!!! I have still been called numerous amount of times to make a payment after I sent through all the documents that was requested of me. I get an sms stating that you cant assist me as the time has lapsed when I was waiting for a response from you guys after submitting documents. every different consultant that has called me not for a follow up on my matter but JUST AND ONLY to ask me to pay, I ask them a simple question do you not communicate with your other departments because if you did you would know what my matter is and why I havent gotten feedback. Then I get an email saying I was called by african bank again and I didnt answer which is another lie because I did answer and the call gets dropped on me, then I email requesting a settlement I get no response. I WILL NEVER BE A CLIENT OF AFRICAN BANK EVER AGAIN, I rather take out a loan if needed in future with ABSA, NEDBANK, STANDARD BANK OR FNB and pay them double the interest than deal with you people another day. If I do not get feedback FROM someone with a brain to finalize a settlement with me by COB today, I will be issuing a lawyers letter to you people to see me in court for your money. I am tired of your nonesense. And I will not be paying interest for your incompetence of stringing me along for more than 2 months while trying to get money out of me instead of assist me. I AM WAITING FOR FEEDBACK! STOP WASTING MY TIME!
